Reservation and Deposit Policy
How a working dog is reserved and what the deposit covers.

Reservation
A reservation is confirmed when the deposit is received and the reservation form is signed. The dog is moved to Reserved status and removed from active listings.
Deposit
The deposit secures the reservation period agreed in writing. The deposit amount is set per dog and per route.
Reservation period
The reservation period covers preparation — veterinary, documentation, transport coordination. Specific length is stated in the agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions, including any non-refundable portion of the deposit, are stated in the agreement. K9 SODA may cancel a reservation if material information provided by the buyer turns out to be incorrect.
Dog status during reservation
The dog continues to be cared for at K9 SODA at no extra cost during the agreed reservation period. Extended stay beyond the agreement may be subject to additional boarding cost.
