We use buyer information to respond to enquiries, propose suitable dogs, organise evaluation and delivery, maintain a record of the transaction and meet record-keeping obligations. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing without separate consent.

Vercel — hosting, analytics and storage.
Neon — database hosting.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Approved transport providers — only when relevant to a confirmed delivery.
Veterinary partners — only when relevant to a specific dog or sale.

Retention

Active enquiry data is kept while there is a business need. Inactive leads are retained for a defined period and then anonymised or deleted. Sales records are kept as required by law.
