How It Works

Selection, evaluation, reservation, delivery and follow-through.

A working dog purchase is more than a transaction. This is the process we follow with every serious buyer.

  1. Tell us what you need.

    You share the purpose, environment, handler experience, timeline, destination and budget. The more we understand up front, the faster we can respond.

  2. Review available candidates.

    We send candidates that match your requirement, or explain why none currently fit and what we can source.

  3. Receive evaluation evidence.

    For shortlisted dogs we share video, evaluation notes and health information.

  4. Arrange remote or in-person testing.

    We organise live video sessions or a visit to Serbia. Visits are by appointment only.

  5. Confirm the selected dog.

    When you confirm, the dog is moved to Reserved status and removed from active listings.

  6. Complete agreement and reservation.

    We send the sale agreement, reservation terms and deposit instructions.

  7. Prepare health and export documentation.

    Veterinary preparation and documentation are scheduled to align with the planned delivery window.

  8. Organise delivery or collection.

    We coordinate transport with approved providers, or prepare for buyer collection.

  9. Complete handler transfer.

    Handover sessions cover commands, routine and safety.

  10. Receive post-delivery support.

    We remain available for questions and follow-up after the dog arrives.

For each step we make clear:

  • What K9 SODA is doing.
  • What the buyer needs to do.
  • What documents are involved.
  • What costs may arise.
  • Which decisions are not automatically guaranteed.

If anything is not clear, ask. We would rather slow a sale than push a dog into the wrong placement.
