Document coordination

Health checks, vaccinations and treatments aligned with the destination timeline.
Transport planning
Ground transport, air freight or accompanied travel arranged with approved providers.
Crate preparation
IATA-compatible crates appropriate to size, route and route length.
Departure
Final health review on the day of departure and confirmation of arrival window.
Handover
Handover at destination when supported, or to a designated handler at arrival.
What the buyer is responsible for
Buyers handle:
- Confirming import rules in their country.
- Any import licences or local permits.
- Receiving the dog and arranging onward transport from the arrival airport if needed.
- Local veterinary follow-up after arrival.
We will support documentation and timing, but we cannot guarantee customs or local authority decisions on the buyer's behalf.
